My passion for fitness was forged during my time in the military, where discipline, resilience, and physical performance weren’t just expected—they were essential. That experience not only shaped my approach to training but also ignited a lifelong commitment to health, strength, and self-improvement.
Before the military, I was deeply rooted in sports. Growing up as an athlete, I learned early on the value of hard work, consistency, and pushing beyond limits. Whether on the field, the court, or in the weight room, I found purpose and drive through movement and competition.
Today, my mission is simple: to help others become the best version of themselves—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I work with everyday people who want to feel stronger, move better, and live healthier lives. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to take things to the next level, I’m here to guide you with structure, accountability, and purpose.

Sumaiya Sarwar
My name is Sumaiya Sarwar. I am an IFBB wellness pro bodybuilder. I offer online coaching, in-person training, virtual, in-person posing sessions and mindset coaching calls to women who compete in the fit model, bikini, wellness, and figure divisions. I also work with lifestyle clients- women who are not looking to compete in bodybuilding shows but want to lose fat and develop a muscular physique. Over the years, I’ve assisted 100+ women in their 20s to 50s achieve their fitness and bodybuilding goals.
After doing bodyweight exercises for 10 years to battle childhood obesity, I started lifting weights in high school. I began competing in bodybuilding in 2018 and never looked back. Surviving a plethora of abuse and being told I wasn't good enough, I had spent the majority of my life being misunderstood and underestimated. Bodybuilding saved me. I am a walking example of resilience and hard work. I strive to push myself and the athletes on my team to push past their limits and discover the best version of ourselves.

James "JayStellar"
James is a seasoned personal trainer with over 8 years of experience, committed to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. With certifications from NASM, including specialties in weight loss, corrective exercise, and strength training, James takes a comprehensive approach to fitness. He also holds a nutrition certification, enabling him to guide clients in making informed food choices that complement their workout routines.

As an athlete since the age of 5, James has honed his discipline and knowledge through years of soccer, ultimately earning an athletic scholarship to Nyack University. This background gives him a unique understanding of how to optimize performance and training for diverse fitness levels.
James is passionate about educating others on their fitness journeys. His goal is to empower clients by teaching them the skills and knowledge needed to work out confidently and independently, making fitness a sustainable part of their lives.

Dennis "Mayhem Training"
Born and raised in Queens, NY, Dennis graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Baruch College, where he developed a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics. As a competitive powerlifter, he knows firsthand the importance of functional movement and the life-changing benefits of strength training.

Dennis works with clients ranging from ages 12 to 80, each with unique backgrounds, fitness levels, and training goals. He believes in taking a holistic approach to fitness—encouraging clients to focus on the aspects they can control while accepting that true transformation is a lifelong journey. Whether you’re just starting or looking to reach new heights, Dennis is committed to helping you achieve sustainable results.

Carlos Andrickson is an accomplished actor and trainer with over 22 years of experience in various martial arts. In 2015, he qualified for the Olympic Taekwondo trials, showcasing his dedication and skill in the sport. In 2024, Carlos claimed the championship at the Athlean-X Live fitness competition in the highest division, further proving his expertise and commitment to physical excellence.

His training philosophy emphasizes mobility, functionality, and progressive strength. Carlos incorporates a wide range of training modalities, including dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, mitts, and bands, to create well-rounded, effective workouts tailored to each individual’s needs.
