Cancellation Policy
Our trainers at CFC take the time to create training programs especially designed for you and your fitness needs. We value your business and appreciate your trust in us throughout your fitness journey. We ask that you respect our scheduling and booking policies to ensure the best training experience. 15/30/60 One-On-One, Small Group Trainings, Special Occasion Packages: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Clients who miss their session without notice or are more than 10 minutes late will be charged in full and a make-up date will not be provided. Training sessions are non-transferable. Refunds not available. Monthly Personal Training Memberships. 1x/2x/4x: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please provide a courtesy notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Clients who miss their session, or are more than 10 minutes late will be charged in full and not be provided a make-up date. Sessions do not roll over to next month, regardless of notice.Training sessions are non-transferable. Refunds not available. Group Classes Package: CFC 4 x 40 packages must be used within a 40 day period. This offer can include any of the classes offered but exclude Booty By Pao and Spring Madness/Winter Heat. Refunds not available. Clients who miss a class or arrive late more than 10 minutes, will be charged in full and not receive a refund. Classes are non-transferable. Booty By Pao, Bootcamp, Spring Madness/Winter Heat: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you please provide a courtesy notice at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Clients who miss their session, regardless of notice, or are more than 10 minutes late will be charged in full. In the event of a missed class, make-up dates are provided upon scheduling availability and is at the discretion of the trainer. A client is allowed maximum 2 make-up classes per program. Clients should avoid tardiness and absences as these programs are designed as small-group trainings and can have direct effect on other participants. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Monthly Membership: Courage membership is a month to month automatic renewal service. You can cancel at anytime via email or in person. If member fails to follow policies given upon signing up, membership will will be revoke with no refund. CFC respects your time and commitment to your goals and our facility. Our staff works hard to ensure the best training experience for all our members. CFC trainers do not run on an “on-call” schedule and are dedicated to every scheduled session. For that reason we ask that you honor the time of our trainers and fellow CFC members by showing up promptly to each class and training session. When you are late, you not only lose valuable time dedicated to your progress, you also inconvenience your fellow CFC members as their later-scheduled time is now compromised. We ask that you honor our cancelation policy in respect for the time of our trainers and fellow members. Payments We ask that every client please be timely with payments when enrolled in a payment plan. Payment plans are designed to make our packages more accessible for our members and convenient to their wallets, but the efficiency of our business runs on the timeliness of your scheduled payments. Payment plans are only available for select fitness programs and trainings. Clients enrolled in a payment plan should adhere to a bi-weekly payment schedule and submit accordingly through our secure website portal. Any late payments will be met with a penalty late fee and will be applied to the original charge. Should a client be late with one or more payments, sessions will be temporarily suspended and potentially terminated without a refund. Client agrees to these terms and conditions upon purchase of any and all packages.
